THE FOCUS OF THE GRANT APPLICATON

Contribution from the Australian Government’s Industry Growth Program will be used to help commercialise the Algenie Mega, taking bench and pilot studies to an industrial manufacturing system that unlocks billions in revenue and gigatonnes of CO2 saved.

THE RESULT

Scale Impact helped Algenie secure $1.4m from the Industry Growth Program for its Algenie Helical Photobioreactor project.  With this technology, Algenie aim to reduce the cost of algae production to a level competitive with fossil fuels, making algae an economically viable raw material that’s good for the planet.
